Gilliam, Linda 4/11/1947 - 3/11/2020 Salem Linda Diane Gilliam(Gilbird) 72 of Salem, OH. Passed away on Wednesday March 11, 2020 at Salem Regional Medical Center in Salem Ohio Linda was born in Elizabeth City, North Carolina on April 11, 1947. She was a loving, giving and caring wife. A doting mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend who touched the lives of so many. Her hobbies included playing bingo, planting flowers in the spring, spending time with her children, grand children and great-grand children, enjoying an ice cold raspberry tea on her swing on a warm summer day, and passing the time with her adult coloring books. Linda had a wonderful sense of humor and will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her. Preceded in Death by husband Ralph J. Gilliam. Survived by: 4 children Joseph E. Gilliam, Teresa L. Gilliam-Marsh , Richard D. Gilliam and Melissa D. Gilliam-Berry. 9 grandchildren, and 9 Great-grandchildren. Cremation services were performed by Stark Memorial Funeral Home in Salem Ohio. Services are pending (due to the COVID-19 pandemic) but will be held in Charlotte Michigan.
