Rosemarie Kocsis PHILLIPSBURG, NJ Rosemarie Kocsis, 76, of Phillipsburg, NJ, died Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at St Luke's Hospital, Anderson Campus. Born May 2, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Mary Serafino and James DePaul of Phillipsburg. She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Jacob Sr. (Jack ). Rosemarie was an active member of St. Phillip and St. James Roman Catholic Church where she was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America, the Legion of Mary, as well as the Over 50's Club. Rosemarie was a loving mother, wife, friend and an avid Phillies Fan. She enjoyed playing games with her beloved grandchildren and cards with her family and friends. She was always crocheting a sweater or scarf for someone. Those who knew her will forever cherish her overwhelming warmth, kindness and positive attitude. She is survived by her son Jacob Jr. (Jack) and wife Connie, of Pohatcong Twp., grandchildren, Jacob III and Brooke; Daughter Maria Barna and husband John of Forks Twp. PA, grandchildren, Taylor, John and Haylie; Son Michael and wife Nicole of Port Orange, FL, grandchildren, Julia, Emily, Luke and Abigail. A memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate Rosemarie's life, information can be found on KocsisRosemarie@gmail.com.
