Lloyd B. Wire Jr.
Lloyd B. Wire, Jr. 85, formerly of Dillsburg passed away Friday, March 20, 2020, at the Forest Park Nursing Home, Carlisle. He was born March 27, 1934, in Lewisberry, PA the son of the late Lloyd B. Wire, Sr. and Frances R. (Mills) Wire. Lloyd was a retired construction coordinator for Ken Snyder Masonary. He attended Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lewisberry and was a member of the Dillsburg Lions Club. Lloyd served his country in the U.S. National Guard Reserve 28th Division. Lloyd is survived by his wife, Marion L. (Schrade) Wire; two sons, Gregory A. Wire of Dillsburg, Richard J. Wire of East Berlin; two daughters, Debra K. Milakovic of Camp Hill, Kristin L. McArdle of Dillsburg; nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia A. Miller. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to his church, Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 863 Lewisberry Rd., Lewisberry, PA 17339.
