93, of Avon, died Wed., March 18, 2020. Tom was married to the love of his life for 68 years: Pauline Alice (nee Habermann). He served in the US Army-Air Corps during WW II. He retired from the Cleveland Plain Dealer as a pressman, in 1989 after 41 years of service. His children will always remember the adventurous yearly camping trips starting in 1962. Tom was greatly loved and will be missed by many. He was the loving Father of Therese Marie (the late William) Godfrey, Elaine Louise (Michael) Globig, Thomas Murray (Karen) Moore, Rebecca Anne (CSM Taylor) Poindexter, Kenneth Louis (Anna Marie) Moore; loving Grandfather of James, Warren (Brittany), Joseph (Kristen), Stephanie, Leah, Hannah, Nicholas (Aisling), Katheryne, Brianne, Hunter, Kellen, Nathan (Lindsey), Andrew, Emily and Kyle; 1 Great-Granddaughter: Esther. He was preceded in death by his sister: Meta Marie (husband Robert) Erbeck, both deceased. Visitation will be Friday 4-7 p.m. at the MISENCIK FUNERAL HOME, 36363 Detroit Rd., Avon. Mausoleum service will be Sat. 11:15 a.m. at. St. Joseph Cemetery, 32789 Detroit Rd., Avon, Ohio. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Monastery of Poor Clares, 3501 Rocky River Dr., Cleveland, Ohio 44111.
