AMBROSE J. KROETSCH Ambrose died peacefully at home February 11, 2020 after a short illness. He was born in Nipawin, Saskatchewan Canada June 17, 1935. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Nellie Kroetsch and son, Jeff Kroetsch. He is survived by sons, Todd (Bernice) Kroetsch, Trent Kroetsch; sister, Nadine Deck; brothers, Gerry (Tatjana) Kroetsch, John (Gwen) Kroetsch; grandson, Karson Kroetsch; partner, Sharon Sheppard; and many nieces & nephews. He served with the Royal Canadian Air Force while studying at the University. He retired after over 30 years with CAA in Canada. Ambrose moved to Pahrump in 1998 and became a U.S. Citizen that same year. He then enjoyed dual citizenships with the U.S. and Canada. He was a real estate agent until his retirement in 2017. During those years he also volunteered whenever needed. Ambrose was the president of No to Abuse for several years, helped with the annual Fall Festival parade and Pahrump Tourism among other things. Ambrose was a kind and gentle soul who would help anyone that he could. His sense of humor was priceless. He was known for his generosity in helping family, friends, & neighbors; always with a smile on his face. He was loved and appreciated by so many and will be missed forever. He is now in Heaven doing what he loved best; singing cowboy songs and playing cribbage. A Celebration of Life will be held in Canada.
