Leo Martin Palm Springs - Leo Martin was born on October 5, 1950 in North Hollywood, California, to Leo and Suzanne Martin. Leo passed away on February 22, 2020. He was raised in the San Fernando Valley and attended James Monroe High School where he was a member of the swim team. After graduation, he went to Cal Poly, Pomona, and UCLA for a few semesters. He had a great love of animals and wanted to be a veterinarian some day. Leo moved to Palm Springs and enjoyed his work and his wonderful friends. He is survived by his sister, Karen, his nieces, Robyn and Jennifer and his nephew, John. He is also survived by his great-niece, Ashley. He was preceded in death by the sudden passing of his great-nephew, Jordan Watts in March of 2019. Leo will be remembered by his infectious smile and his kindness for all.
