Susan D. Staub, 73, of Delmont, formerly of Shiremanstown, Pa, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Forbes Hospital, Monroeville. She was born October 4, 1946 in Covington, VA., daughter of the late John Eddie and Irene Stull Dawson. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a nephew, Nathan Allison and lifelong friend, Jo Seker. Prior to retirement, Susan was President of the Pennsylvanians for Right to Work, a non- profit organization dedicated to voluntary unionism. She is survived by a sister, Amy (Tim) Finley of Magnolia, DE; two brothers, Stuart (Wanda) Dawson of Staunton, VA; John E. (Karen) Dawson Jr. of Montpelier, VA; two nieces, Kristen Finley and Maggie Dawson; two nephews, Jack Dawson and Sam (Debi) Dawson; great nephew, Cameron Allison and a great-niece, Thea Dawson. Susan is also survived by her best friend, Betty Male. Funeral services for Susan will be private.
