Carolyn Sue Dean, 80, of Evansville, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Select Specialty Hospital. Carolyn was born August 29, 1939 in Evansville to the late Everett and Violet (Smith) Wohlhueter. Carolyn was a very religious woman; enjoyed reading her bible and faithfully supported Dr. Charles Stanley, St. Jude Children's Hospital; various children's missions throughout the world as well as many military organizations. Surviving Carolyn are two daughters, Charmagne Farber and Lisa (Tim) Pasco; one son, Donald (Evelyn) Dean; seven grandchildren, Angel Dean, Krystal Soto, Donald Everett Dean, Amie Farber, Jamie Moxley, April Pasco and Autumn Mosley and ten great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband of 23 years, Donald Dean in 1992; by a daughter, Gloria Faye Mosley in 2013; by sisters, Norma Gasaway, Betty Clark, Frieda Clark and Rosalie Wohlhueter; brothers, Everett Wohlhueter, Jr. and Larry Wohlhueter and by a grandson, Timonty Pasco, Jr. Funeral services for Carolyn will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 17, 2020 at Pierre Funeral Home, Rev. Terry Gamblin officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 AM until service time on Monday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street.
