After college, Harmony pursued a career in minor league baseball management, working in marketing or as general manager of eight different teams. In between some of these, she worked in marketing at PDI and as a manager in marketing research at Walt Disney World in Orlando. Harmony formed many deep friendships and was the first to help a friend in need. She became an advocate for transgender rights and was proud of her work getting Disney to broaden its benefits for trans cast members. Harmony's dry sense of humor, love of puns, and love of films were noted by all. The funeral will be held on Friday, Feb. 14, 2020, at 11 a.m., at Menorah Chapel, 2950 Vauxhall Rd., Vauxhall, N.J.
