Kehoe, Jerry Gerald "Jerry" Kehoe went to his heavenly home to be with his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, February 11, 2020. Jerry was born on March 11, 1937. He met Donna Schafer in 1956, married her in 1958 and together they raised their three children. He worked at Sub Surface Construction for 43 years, having the respect of many in the natural gas pipeline industry. He enjoyed hunting and ice fishing, taking care of his farm, raising cows and pigs, and gardening. He was member of the Operating Engineers Local 324 for 55 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Kehoe; mother, Lillian Zoulek; brothers, John Kehoe and James Zoulek; stepmother, Agnes Kehoe; and stepbrothers, Mel and Bill Weeks. Jerry is survived by his wife of 61 plus years, Donna Kehoe; children, Dan (Cathy) Kehoe, Angie (Pat) Farrell, and Jim (Theresa Powers) Kehoe; grandchildren, Ashley (Kyle) Rozema, Rachel (Anthony) Padalino, Kevan Farrell and Anna Farrell, Michaela Kehoe, Jon Kehoe and Andrew Kehoe, and Doug Weed; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews. There will be a time of visitation from 4-7 p.m. on Friday February 14, 2020, at Pederson Funeral Home, 127 N Monroe Street in Rockford with the praying of the Rosary at 6:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 4351 Parnell Ave NE, Ada, MI 49301. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the mass at church from 10-11 a.m.. Burial will take place in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery immediately following the service. Those wishing to offer expressions of sympathy are encouraged to make a memorial contribution to St. Patrick School or Kindred Hospice.
