Judith Rae Fleck March 29, 1941 - Feb. 3, 2020 Judith "Judy" Rae Fleck, 78, passed away unexpectedly Monday, Feb. 3, 2020 at her home in Oregon City. Born in Minot, N.D., to parents Charles Wilson and Bernice (Beaumaster) Wilson, Judy was raised in The Dalles, Ore., and later moved to Portland where she graduated from Holy Child Academy High School. She was smart and self-motivated which led to a successful career in the banking industry. Later she became an officer of Town & Country Fence Co. of Oregon, holding the position of secretary and treasurer, where she worked for many years. Judy was a devoted mother to Tracy James, her daughter from a previous marriage. In 1991, she married Dennis Fleck and shared 28 years together. Judy had an eye for design and, together with her husband, enjoyed turning what began as ordinary properties into beautiful landscapes, filled with flowers, trees and fountains. Kind and generous, Judy touched the lives of many, was loved by family and friends and will be dearly missed by all. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Bernice Wilson; daughter, Tracy James; and stepdaughter, Marie Fleck. She is survived by her husband, Dennis; stepdaughter, Lorna Loomis (Joe); stepsons, Mike Fleck (Kim), Jim Fleck (Samia), Bret Pippett (Lisa), Joel Pippett (Melynda); 15 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her beloved dog, Sophie. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2020, at Gethsemani Catholic Cemetery, 11666 S.E. Stevens Rd., Happy Valley, OR 97086.
