Mrs. Lou Myrl Fisher, 101, of Panama City, FL, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2020 in Marianna. She was born on Oct. 1, 1918 in Houston County, AL, to Albert and Francis Irene Trimnell. Mrs. Fisher loved fishing and making quilts for all of her family. She loved her church and was a devoted Christian woman. Mrs. Fisher is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Francis Irene Trimnell; her husband, Cecil Fisher; one daughter, Louise Waters and two sons, Joe Roy and Hurley Jay. She is survived by one daughter, Betty Wages Boone; one son, Jimmy Barnes; and six generation of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, Jan. 27, 2020 at Southerland Event Center in Lynn Haven. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service.
