Aline Isbell Bruno
Aline Isbell Bruno of Vestavia Hills passed away January 13, 2020 peacefully in her home surrounded by family at the age of 92. She was born on October 19, 1927 in Margaret, Alabama to Buster and Beatrice Isbell. Aline was preceded in death by her husband Ben of 50 years. They enjoyed traveling and entertaining family and friends and were faithful members of St. Peter's Catholic Church. After Ben's death, Aline joined her daughter as a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Together they raised four children, Charles Bruno (Laura), Kay Reed (Stewart), Michael Bruno (Donna) and Paul Bruno (Lisa), ten grandchildren Melissa Waugh ( T.J), Allison Morgan ( Dustin), Brittney Towey (Josh), Terra Perry ( Jason), Tony Bruno (Cassie), Bradley Reed, John Paul Bruno, Joseph Bruno (Parker), Stephen Reed ( Maddie) Christoper Bruno ( Maggie) and fourteen great grandchildren. Aline is survived by her sisters, Carolyn Walden and Cherrie Latta, and many special nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday, January 16th from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 12:30 p.m. with Father Frankline Fumokong as the celebrant and Monsignor Paul Rohling as co-celebrant. Entombment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery Mausoleum. Pallbearers: Tony Bruno, John Paul Bruno, Joseph Bruno, Christopher Bruno, Bradley Reed and Stephen Reed. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Dominican Monastery of St. Jude, P.O. Box 170, Marbury, AL. 36051 or Our Lady of Sorrows Building Fund1730 Oxmoor Rd.
