Frances "Fran" Mathews Frances L. (Kaker) Mathews, 79, went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 7, 2020. The daughter of Oscar and Ruby (Hodge) Kaker, Fran was born on August 18, 1940, in Decatur, Texas. Fran was in the first graduating class of Harding High School in 1958. Fran worked as an officer manager for over 25 years at the Dycus Camp Clinic in Moore and then for Dr. O'Conner. She was an active member of Capitol Hill Baptist Church for the last 32 years. Fran was a gifted artist and created beautiful paintings. She could sew practically anything and she enjoyed all kinds of crafts. The Lord Jesus Christ and family were the center of Fran's world. Fran's love for her family will truly endure for many generations to come. Fran is survived by her loving husband, William "Bill" Mathews; 3 children, Sherri Stull and husband Mark; 2 sons, David Mathews and wife Genea and Larry Mathews and wife Desiree; 11 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.
