Betty M. Ross MANCHESTER - Betty M. Ross, 86, went home to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, surrounded by her loving family, at her home, on Dec. 31, 2019, after a brief illness. Friends may call on Thursday, January 9, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Halsted-Patrick Funeral Home, 19 N. Main St., Manchester. Betty's funeral service will be held on Friday, January 10, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church, 54 S. Main St., Manchester. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery. A mercy reception will follow the funeral service from noon to 7 p.m. at Turner Schrader Post 34 American Legion in Shortsville. Betty leaves behind her children, Karen Charvonia of Scottsdale, Ariz., Ramona (Kurt) Palmer, Regina (Jim) Lonneville, Pamela (Tom) Twitchell, Virgil (Michelle) Ross of Fountain Hills, Ariz., Kimberly (Tom Seaman) Smalt, Candice (David) Schneggenburger and Toni (Eldon Payne) Ross; grandchildren, Kurtis Palmer, Marissa and Vanessa Lonneville, Ryan (Anita) and Carrie Twitchell, Olivia and Sarah Ross, Justin Smalt and Kasandra (Joseph) Campbell, Joseph Schneggenburger and Alex and Kennedy Payne; great-grandchildren, Lilah, Ameliah and Joey; sister, Helen Valenti; several nieces and nephews; and many other cherished relatives and friends.
