Robert Dean Bailey
Robert Leon Bailey, 79, of McRae, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on Dec. 10, 2019. He was born to the late Paul and Marie Bailey on Feb. 19, 1940, in Bald Knob, Arkansas. Robert was a member of the Valley Baptist Church in Searcy. He was a member of Mendocino Lodge 179 A&FM in Mendocino, California, and Lodge 687 A&FM in McRae, Arkansas. He was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 412 in McRae, Arkansas, and 508 in Cabot, Arkansas. He was a recipient of The Pillars of Solomon award and a retiree of Walmart. He managed the Purity Store in Fort Bragg for many years. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Nelma; three sons, Darrell (Mickie), Dennis and Dale; daughter, Bonnie (Darryl); stepson, Michael; sister, Betty Robinson (Robert); along with a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, William Paul Jr., Roger and Thomas.
