Chandler (nee Worsch), age 93, born March 1926, passed away December 1, 2019. Celine was born in Rocky River, Ohio and graduated from Ursuline College. Celine married Maurice Chandler, (Moe) a decorated WWII Marine. Moe's career with The New York Central RR moved them and 3 children to Syracuse, Philadelphia and Altoona, PA. During retirement Celine and Moe lived in Lebanon, PA where Celine was active assisting ESL adults with reading and Moe enjoyed the golf courses. Celine had a passion for Brit Lit, aka Jane Austin and the novels of Georgette Heyer. After reading Margaret Atwood, Celine enjoyed contemporary pot boilers. She was a self taught dress designer creating ensemble for herself, her daughter and grandchildren as well as couture wardbrobes for Barbie. She was a proud gramma of 7 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
