Daniel L. Creange Baruch College & City College administrator, Army paratrooper Daniel L. Creange, 92, of Linden, N.J., entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2019. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2019, at 9 a.m., from the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home, 301 E. Blancke St., Linden. The Funeral Mass will be offered in St. Elizabeth Church Linden at 10 a.m. Interment is in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia, N.J. Visiting hours are Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. Please visit leonardleefh.com Daniel was born in New York City and raised in West New York, N.J. He lived in Englewood, N.J., and Jersey City, N.J., before moving to Linden 11 years ago. He proudly served in Korea with the U.S. Army Paratroopers. Daniel graduated Seton Hall University with a B.A. in accounting, Baruch College with a M.A. in higher education administration and New York University with a M.B.A. in taxation. He was a licensed CPA in the State of New Jersey. He was the vice president for administration and finance with City College of New York from 2001 to 2007, when he retired. Previously he was the vice president for administration and finance for Bernard M. Baruch College in New Yor from 1968 to 2001. Daniel was the beloved husband of Jeara Matos and loving father of Suzanne Welling and husband Robert, Renee Creange and her husband Joseph Bonito, Colette Santasieri and her husband Mark, Raiyna Creange, Samantha Vanegas and Daniel A. Creange. He was the loving grandfather to nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
