Jimmy was born on July 14, 1950 and passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019. He is survived by his two sons; Nathan Frazier and wife Isis of Culpeper, Nicholas Frazier of Warrenton, Nicholas' mother Michelle Smith; a stepson, Richard Smith and wife Amberleigh of Culpeper; four sisters, Bessie Settle, Florence Ramey, Dale Frazier, Mae Shepherd and three grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday November 19, 2019 at Moser Funeral home, 233 Broadview Ave., Warrenton from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held Wednesday November 20th at the funeral home starting at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. L.D. Savage officiating. Burial will follow in the Warrenton Cemetery.
