Isaac Bradley Franklin Oct. 7, 1923 - Nov. 13, 2019 OKLAHOMA CITY Isaac Bradley Franklin, 96, of Oklahoma City, passed away in Cincinnati, OH Nov. 13, 2019, surrounded by his loving family. Born on Oct. 7, 1923, in Knob Noster, MO, he was the son of the late Joseph Franklin and Eulalia Walston Franklin. Isaac served as a naval radio operator in WWII. On Nov. 23, 1950, he married Marjorie Scifers, who preceded him in death on Jan. 13, 2009. He was also preceded in death by his two sisters, Mary Anna Tieman and Barbara Jo Thompson. Isaac worked as a purchasing agent for Cities Service for 35 years. He is survived by his three children, Jean Franklin, Linda Franklin and husband David Demmy, and Joseph Franklin and wife Pam; four grandchildren, Jennifer Codding-Bui and husband Holt, Zachary Franklin, Diane Codding, and Jaclyn Franklin; and great-granddaughter, Emma Bui. A Private Graveside Service will be held at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Butler, MO. Donations in Isaac's memory may be made to : HospiceOfCincinnati.org Fares J.
