Mrs. Emma-Lee Kemp, age 80, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2019. She was born January 13, 1939 in Ponchatoula Louisiana to Harlon and Barbara Corneille Blaylack. Mrs. Kemp was a resident of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. She was a Baptist by faith and a member the Emerald Coast Baptist Church. She was a licensed practical nurse. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed sailing, taking care of animals. She was an avid outdoors person. Mrs. Kemp was preceded in death by her father and mother; husband Allyn D. Kemp; sister Billie G. Myers. Mrs. Kemp is survived by her three sons Mark A. Kemp and wife Diana, Paul O. Kemp and his wife Makerita of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, and David G. Kemp and husband Chad Roussell of Atlanta, Georgia; two daughters Judy A. Wogan and husband Richard of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, Phyllis Hill and husband Dickie of Texas; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A time of visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM. Tuesday November 12, 2019 at Clary-Glenn Freeport Chapel Funeral Home; 150 East Highway 20, Freeport, Florida 32439. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Clary-Glenn Freeport Chapel Funeral Home with Reverend Tim Braddock officiating. Flowers are being accepted.
