Ann Elizabeth "Lisa" Waynick Lebanon - Ann Elizabeth "Lisa" Waynick, age 60 of Lebanon, TN went to be with her Lord and Savior at her home, surrounded by loved ones, after a courageous battle with cancer on November 7, 2019. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Chelsea Waynick. She is survived by her devoted husband of over 39 years, John Waynick; daughters, Jennifer Bogan (Brent) and Hope Hester (Shawn); affectionately known as Nannee by her grandchildren, Gentry and Henry Bogan, Emerie, Kylie, Averie, Landrie and Holden Hester; parents, Ken and Patsy Burton; sisters, Pam Jeanette (Tony), Debbie Ladd, Nita Gracy (Page) and Nancy Sherrill (Brian); brother, Kenneth "Bubba" Burton; numerous extended family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be 1:00 pm Monday, Nov. 11, 2019 at Hermitage Funeral Home with Pastor Erik Reed officiating. Interment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Doug Waynick, Andrew Waynick, Josh Waynick, Jason Highfill, Chris Jeanette, Jamie Jeanette, Clint Shaver and Jonathan Ladd. The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm ~ 7:00 pm Sunday, Nov. 10th and one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home. A special thanks to the entire Tennessee Oncology Staff at Summit Hospital, as well as Avalon Hospice Care, with a special shout out to Nurse Olivia. www.hermitagefh.com
