Russell Gray Lacey went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 16, 2019. Russell was born in Beeville, Texas on October 1, 1946. At the time of his death, he resided in San Antonio, but was a lifelong resident of Jim Wells County. Russell graduated high school in Alice, Texas and went on to serve in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. Upon returning from the service, he graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a degree in business. He had immense pride in having served his country as a medic. Russell loved golf and fishing. He always was quick with a joke or funny story, and was a dedicated family man. Russell is survived by his wife, Sybil; daughter, Anne and husband Drew Trimmier, and grandson, Quentin; daughter, Katy and husband Cody Clark, and granddaughter, Charlotte. He is also survived by nephew, Hunter Lacey and wife Bobbie Sue and their children; and niece, Rian and husband Brent Alexander and their children.
