Johnnie Lee 'Rocky' Williams, Jr. April 9, 1955 - Oct. 2, 2019 Johnnie Lee "Rocky" Williams, Jr., 64, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2019, at his home in Rigby, Idaho, surrounded by family and friends after a short yet valiant battle with cancer. Rocky was born April 9, 1955, in Heppner, Ore., to Johnnie Lee Williams, Sr. and Mary Colleen Connor. He was a beloved son, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many. Rocky was preceded in death by his father, Johnnie Lee Williams, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Mary Colleen Williams; brother, Albert Melvin "Rick" (Nancy) Williams; his daughters, Chloe (Aaron) Rogers and Cacie (Adam) Christensen; nephews, Spenser and Connor Williams; and two grandchildren.
