Becky Lee Wong Feb. 14, 1923 - Sept. 30, 2019 Becky Lee was born the 18th day of the first month of 1923 according to the lunar calendar, in Toisan, Guangdong Province, China. Her father later gave her a Western calendar page he had gotten and showed her the Western equivalent of her birthday was February 14, Valentine's Day! Her parents were Dr. Chuck Wai Lee and Choy Jung Eng. She was the oldest of six children; three girls and three boys. When she was 9 years old, the family moved to Canton. Her husband, Jim preceded Becky in death in 1995. She is survived by her daughters, Kay Gin (Tony), Koren Seto (David), Virginia Hansen (Scott), Ann Wong (John); and son, Jay Wong. Her grandchildren are Brian Gin (Michelle), Amy Gin Jones (Colin), Laura Seto, Christopher Seto, Stephanie Wong and Kimberly Wong. Her great-grandchildren are Grace, Gabrielle and Gabrianna Gin. Her siblings are Wing Yu Lee (Gim Yee d.) of Flushing, N.Y., Betty Wong (Bing) of Calgary, Alberta and Sek Yu Lee (Mabel) of Vancouver, BC. Her brother Jin Jung Lee (Yung Yuen) and sister Brenda Bian (Tom) preceded her in death. Her brothers-in-law are Albert Wong (Patsy) of San Diego, California and Francis Wong (Beverly) of Honolulu, Hawaii. Arrangements are being handled by River View Cemetery Funeral Home.
