Carole "Ann" Barclay
Carole "Ann" Barclay Boonville - Ann was born in Jackson, Mississippi to Veloris and Lillian Barclay on April 26, 1943. She went to her eternal home on October 7, 2019. She is survived by her sister Jane (Bill) Lewis of Kirkland, WA; niece and family, Elizabeth Graves (Oliver, Owen, and Eloise) of Redmond, WA; nephew and family, Michael Lewis (Sarah, Anna, and Brooke) of Kirkland, WA. Ann spent most of her life working for various food service organizations and most recently at the Boonville McDonalds. Ann was a very generous and good-hearted person, often at the expense of her own needs. She was a member of the VFW, American Legion, and Elks where she held various positions and enjoyed spending time with friends and relatives. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing meals for events. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, October 11, 2019 at BRADLEY'S COLONIAL CHAPEL, 1005 E. Main St. Boonville, IN. Visitation Thursday, October 10 from 5 - 7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to "It Takes a Village" Animal Rescue, 1417 North Stockwell, Evansville, IN 47715.
