Harlan Roth Sept. 10, 1924 - Sept. 25, 2019 Harlan "Hal" Roth passed away Sept. 25, 2019 at the age of 95 and 15 days. Hal was born in Alliance, Neb., Sept. 10, 1924 to parents Albert and Marie Roth. Hal and Garnice were married in 1946 and April of this year celebrated their 73rd anniversary. Hal is survived by his wife of 73 years, Garnice; son, David; and daughter, Patricia. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. A memorial service will be held from Noon to 4 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019, at Beaverton Elks Lodge, 3464 S.W. 106th Ave., Beaverton, OR. Please make any donations to the National Elks Foundation.
