Yvonne Janette Easley Byars Cumberland Furnace - A memorial service for Yvonne Janette Easley Byars will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 14, 2019 from Dickson First United Methodist Church with Ed White officiating. Visitation with her family will be from 11 a.m. until service time, also at the church. Her ashes will be laid to rest at a later date on the family plot at Weems Cemetery. Yvonne died peacefully on Sunday morning, September 8, at NHC, Dickson. For those desiring, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the church or charity of your choice. She was a loving wife, an artist, harpist, and had served as a SSgt. in USAF. Survivors include her husband, Don Byars, Cumberland Furnace; her parents, Ralph and Virginia Easley, Burns; her two sons, Keaton Douglas (and Amanda) Byars, Midland, TX, and Caleb Alexander Byars, Denver, CO; her brother, Tony (and Patty) Easley, Pleasant View, TN; three nieces, Andrea (and Jason) Thomason, Erika (and Jay T.)
