Cecilia H. Zabinski, 95 A kind and loyal friend, loving sister and aunt. Cecilia H. "Ceil" Zabinski, 95, of Dongan Hills, died on Aug. 16, 2019. Cecilia was born in Staten Island, N.Y. She attended P.S. 40, Curtis High School, and Boroughs Business School. She was a secretary at General Motors for over 40 years. She loved knitting and coin and stamp collecting. Cecilia is survived by her loving sister, Lucy J. Zabinski, adored brother, John J. Zabinski, two nephews, four nieces and 11 great-nieces and nephews. Special thank you to all the nurses and personnel at Carmel Richmond Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. Virginia Funeral Chapel will be handling all the arrangements. Mass of Christian Burial, St. Ann's Church, Dongan Hills, Tuesday Sept. 10 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery Virginia Funeral Chapel 350 Slosson Ave. Staten Island, N.Y. 10314 (718) 447-4242
