Nancy Alishofski, 84, of Harrisburg died on Saturday, August 10, 2019, in the Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Carlisle. She was born on September 16, 1934, in Harrisburg, the daughter of the late Russell S. and Fern Louise (Orris) Wahl. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, and Bonnie Sue, her last beloved pet Boston Terrier. She was a graduate of William Penn High School, Class of 1952. Nancy is survived by 2 daughters, LeeAnn, and her husband, Ken, of Mechanicsburg and Susan and her husband, Don, of Gettysburg; a grandson, Jason, and his wife, Jen; a granddaughter, Rachel, and her husband, Milton; 3 stepgrandsons: Victor, Kevin, and Chris; and a sister-in-law, Sister Mary Theodosia, Order of St. Basil The Great, Uniontown. Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Grane Hospice, 1200 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill, PA 17011, or to Humane Society of Harrisburg Area, 7790 Grayson Road, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
