Carrilee J. Zimmerman 88 of Harrisburg, died Monday, August 12, 2019 at Masonic Village. Mrs. Zimmerman was born in Grantville and was the daughter of the late Russell and Bertha Koons. She was retired from Wert Bookbinding, where she was a supervisor. She was a member of St. Thomas United Church of Christ, prayer chain at church and sent get well cards for Women's Fellowship (Friends for Caring). She was a member and treasurer of the Ladies Auxiliary of the West Hanover Fire Co. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #512. She enjoyed cooking and baking. Mrs. Zimmerman was predeceased by her husband, Earl C. Zimmerman and her son, Jerald R. Zimmerman. Mrs. Zimmerman is survived by her son, Daryl (Dena) Zimmerman of East Stroudsburg; her grandchildren, Kelli Baskerville, Angela Zimmerman, Brandon Zimmerman and Ashley Zimmerman; her great grandchild, Jordan Baskerville; two great-great-granddaughters. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 11 A.M. at the Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 6011 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg. Revs. Dan Schmidt and Dr. Donald Wetzel will be officiating. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, from 10 to 11 A.M. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
