Anita B. Lux Anita B. Lux, 91, formerly of Palmer Township, passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2019, in Old Orchard Health Care Center. Born May 14, 1928, in Easton, PA, she was a daughter of the late Clayton and Mary (Buttner) Hagenbuch. Her husband of 12 years, Leonard Lux, died in July 1999. Anita was employed for many years at the former Trans-O-Gram Toy Company. Previously, she worked in security for AT&T. She enjoyed quilting and making ceramics. Anita was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, where she served on the Altar Guild and was a member of St. Paul's Quilters. Surviving are a son, Dale Young and his wife, Kathleen, of Tatamy; a daughter, Linda Kinney, of Palmer Township; two brothers, Eugene Hagenbuch of Williams Township and Edgar Hagenbuch of Bethlehem; four grandchildren, Renee Bowman of Easton, Chad Dowling of Bangor, Erik Young of Boston, MA and Jared Young of Tatamy; and six great-grandchildren, Zachary, Vanessa, Hayley, Crystal, Phoebe and Nathanial. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by three brothers, Robert Hagenbuch, Llewellyn Hagenbuch, and David Hagenbuch, Sr. and two sisters, Elizabeth Ruschman and Muriel Hagenbuch. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 602 W. Berwick Street, Easton. Call Saturday 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
