James "Jim Robert Ingraham, a 68 year old former Trenton and Chillicothe resident, passed away at 12:48, p.m., Friday, June 21, 2019 at Valley Manor and Rehab Center in Excelsior Springs, MO due to complications from diabetes. He was born at Trenton January 14, 1951, son of Donald and Mary Lou "Todd" Ingraham. James graduated from Laredo in the final class of 1969. He attended NWMSU and East Texas SU. After residing in Dallas, he returned to MO starting an antique business traveling to various states. He also was employed several years at the Premium Standard Farms in Milan. Besides his passion for primitive country antiques, he enjoyed playing the piano and, serving at the Mt. Zion Christian Church for years until he developed diabetic neuropathy. James was preceded in death by his mother in 2005 and his father in 2010. The body was cremated under the direction of Slater Neal Funeral Home. The family is having a graveside inurnment at 2:00 p.m., Sunday June 30th, at Mt. Zion Cemetery south of Humphreys. Memorial donations are suggested to the Main Street Chillicothe Murals Project or the Mt. Zion Cemetery Association.
