John P. "Jack" Robertson II
John P. 'Jack' Robertson II, 78 Devoted husband, father, and grandfather John P. "Jack" Robertson II, 78, passed away peacefully at his home in the care of his loving family after a two- year battle with cancer on June 13, 2019. Jack was married for 47 years to his loving wife Rosalie (Carbonaro) and was a caring father to Dawn Trebour and John P. Robertson III. He is also survived by his son-in-law, Dan; cherished grandchildren, Adriana, Emma and John Peter IV; his sisters, Eleanor Pfluger, Carol Salomone, and Debi Derenzi, and his beloved nieces and nephews. Jack was a graduate of McKee High School and was a track vehicle mechanic for the U.S. Army (1959-1962). He was a member of Plumbers Local Union No. 371 and Local No. 1, and a certified welder for the U.S. Government Department of Transportation on Governors Island. Family and friends will be received on Friday, June 14, from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:30 p.m. at Scarpaci Funeral Home. Funeral service is at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church on Saturday, June 15, at 9:30 a.m., followed by burial at Resurrection Cemetery. Scarpaci Funeral Home of Staten Island 6389 Amboy Rd.
