Edward E. "Eddie" Lovett Jr.
GALESBURG - Edward "Eddie" E. Lovett Jr., 61, of Galesburg, died Sunday, June 9, 2019, at home. He was born Sept. 2, 1957, in Galesburg, to Edward and Rosemary (Halsey) Lovett. He is survived by five children, Michelle Wall of Galesburg, Jamie (Tacy) Wall of Knoxville, Amy (Jimmy) Ballard of Erie, Edward "Guy" Lovett of Springville, Tennessee, and Jason Lovett of Clinton, Iowa; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Cindy Good of Galesburg and Jane Lovett of Galesburg. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Debbie Lanham. He enjoyed music, making corn people, woodworking, gardening, and making spoon rings. Cremation rites will be accorded with Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Home and Crematory in Knoxville.
