Dugan, William J. Kalamazoo Passed away Thursday afternoon, May 23, 2019 at his residence. Bill was born November 20, 1953 in Allegan, MI the son of the late William Sr. and Estella (Miller) Dugan. Prior to his retirement he was employed for 38 years with Graphic Packaging. Bill was an avid sports fan and his favorite team was the Green Bay Packers. He enjoyed fishing and golf, but mostly enjoyed spending time with his family. On April 10, 1976 he was united in marriage to his loving wife Tammy (Silvey) who survives. Also surviving are his children, Shannon (Nathan) Schepke, Sean (Debbie) Dugan, Shane Dugan; 5 grandchildren, Griffin, Cillian, Ainslie, Domanick, and Sean; a sister, Jan Strubhar; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A service to celebrate Bill's life will be held at 2:30pm Saturday, June 1 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 South 9th Street. Friends may meet the family from 1:30-2:30pm prior to the service. Private interment will be at a later date.
