KNOXVILLE - Marjorie Irene Taylor, 84, Knoxville, died at 8:40 a.m. Friday, May 10, 2019, at the Knox County Nursing Home in Knoxville. She was born Jan. 26, 1935, near Uniontown, Knox County, the daughter of Lawrence and Ruby (Bybee) Taylor. Marjorie graduated from Yates City High School in 1953. She was member of the Knoxville Christian Church and a member of the former Steady Stitchers Club. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Tom. Graveside funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at the Oak Ridge Cemetery in Farmington, the Rev. Krey Leesman officiating.
