Regina M. Cataldo Yonkers - Regina M. Cataldo, a lifelong resident of Yonkers, died on April 4, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer; she was 55 years old. Born to the late Anthony and Shirley Pierorazio Cataldo. Beloved mother of Samantha Cataldo (Nicholas Chianese). Loving sister of Christina (Louis) Sceppaquercia and Felicia (David) Wiggin. Adored Aunt of Dana, Cara (John), Christina, Ava and Gia, Godmother to nephew Anthony and niece Katelyn, and Great Aunt of Sophia Christina. Regina is also survived by numerous dear friends, especially Vicky Kusick, Stacey O'Rourke and Barbara Sansverie and all her brothers and sisters in blue (The Yonkers Police Department and PBA), whose constant support and love for Regina will never be forgotten by her family. Regina was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School before becoming employed with the Yonkers Police Department, where she finished her career serving as a Yonkers Police Officer until she injured her back while on duty. She will be sorely missed by her feline friends Cali, Mikayla, and McKenzie. Arrangements entrusted to FLOWER FUNERAL HOME INC., 714 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY with visitation Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass Monday 10:00 a.m. at St. Eugene's Church, and will be laid to rest at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hasting-on-Hudson, NY.
