Elois Faye Moore Madisonville, KY ( September 20, 1944 - March 15, 2019 ) Elois Faye Moore, 74, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Friday, March 15, 2019 at Baptist Health Madisonville. She was born on September 20, 1944 in Slaughters, KY to the late Bertha and George Devylder. Elois was of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Bobby Perkins; her second husband, Clayton Moore; son, Billy Frank Perkins; and her infant grandson, Jacob Obryan Cannon. Survivors include her daughters, Lisa Perkins of Evansville, IN, Dawana Moore of Madisonville, Barbara Cannon of Evansville and Julie Sydboten Scott of Bowling Green, KY; sons, James Sydboten of Bowling Green, and David Runyan of Russelville, KY; sister, Juanita Langston of Dixon, KY; numerous grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Zion Brick Church Cemetery in Slaughters. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville was entrusted with care.
