Dennis Howard Reed
Dennis Howard Reed Aug. 1, 1956 - Jan. 9, 2019 Dennis Howard Reed died at home Jan. 9, 2019 at age 62. He was born Aug. 1, 1956 in Yakima, Wash., to Ronald and Dorothy Reed. Dennis enjoyed baseball and was a pitcher in a summer league, he enjoyed racing motorcycles and placed first in a Cross-County Competition in Washougal, Wash., he also enjoyed downhill and water skiing. Dennis graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1974 and then joined the U.S. Marines and served for four years in Hawaii. Afterward Dennis attended Portland Community College for two years and then worked for Freightliner and Albertsons in their warehouse has a forklift operator. Most recently he was employed by Nordstrom in their Portland Warehouse. Dennis is survived by his mother, Dorothy Reed; sister, Sandra Beam; and brother, Randy Reed.
