William Bernard Roesch, 94 William (Bill) Bernard Roesch was born in Manhattan on Nov. 17, 1924. He married Kathleen Joan Driscoll on Aug. 24, 1957. He is survived by his wife and five children, Ann Marie, Fr. Joseph Roesch, MIC; Clare (Joseph) Pampalone, William F. (Maria Vega) Roesch, and John (Tracey) Roesch, and 10 grandchildren. He was a teacher at Tottenville High School for many years and a member of the Secular Franciscan Order. Visitation is Friday, March 15, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Scarpaci Funeral Home, S.I. Funeral Mass is Saturday, March 16, at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, 5411 Amboy Rd., S.I. Interment will immediately follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 361 Sharrott Ave., S.I.
