Harry Grant Luker, 93, who was a beloved husband for 67 years of Marjorie S. Luker, devoted father, and grandfather passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 1, 2019. Born in Kittanning, PA, Harry was the son of the late Benjamin Haydon Luker and Regina Kottcamp Luker. His only brother, Joseph Dodson and sister-in-law, Mickey preceded him in death. Harry Luker was a devoted father to two loving daughters: Sharon L. Luker, Mechanicsburg, PA and Darci Dapp, Atlanta, GA. Harry is lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Kristi & M. Karli Luker of Philadelphia, PA, Cayman & Chad Dapp of Atlanta, GA & Ashton Dapp of Austin, TX. Harry graduated from John Harris High School, Harrisburg, PA and Shippensburg University, Shippensburg, PA. As a young man, he served in the Navy during WWII. After 40 years dedicated to AMP, Inc., he retired to spend time traveling & with family. A private service will be held with family at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Mechanicsburg, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Theresa's Catholic Church, New Cumberland, PA or the Helen O.
