Fred Junior Graham Thousand Palms - Fred Junior Graham, 88, of Thousand Palms, CA. Passed away March 5, 2019 of a heart attack. He was born January 1, 1931 to Fred and Vivian Graham in Mississippi. He married Rachel James on January 3, 1953 in Iuka, Mississippi. He was a factory worker at Johns Manville for 21 years and later became a truck driver for Gunite Ago Ago and known by his fellow workers as "The Cat". He served in the Army from April 1, 1948 to April 1, 1952. He is survived by his wife, Rachel Graham of Thousand Palms. Son, James C. Graham of Thousand Palms. Sisters, Helen Hall of Red Bay, Alabama; Faye Young of Golden, Mississippi; and Virginia Graham of Kenosha, Wisconsin. Brother, Johnny C. Graham Winthrop of Harbor, Illinois. Grandchildren, Laurie Blankenship and James R. Graham. Great-Grandchildren, Bryan Marx, Ethan and Ray Don Blankenship, Gage and Emily Ann Graham. He was preceded in death by his parents Fred and Vivian Graham, Son David Elrod and Brothers, Waymon Graham of Red Bay, Alabama; Burl Graham of Muscle Shoals and George Graham of Red Bay. A visitation service will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on March 12, 2019 at Forest Lawn Mortuary in Cathedral City, California. Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cathedral City, CA.
