Marilyn R. Elkins June 13, 1950 - Feb . 7, 2019 YUKON Marilyn Rose (Menefee) Elkins, age 68, passed away peacefully Feb. 7, 2019, at Mercy Hospital in OKC with family by her side. She devoted her life to her family and wore her emotions in plain sight; you never had to guess how she was feeling. She loved the music of Rod Stewart, jigsaw puzzles, football and movies. She was well-known to her family for Aunt Marilyn's tea and her famous Red Earth Cake. Marilyn was born to the late Eugene and Rosemary (Sterkel) Menefee June 13, 1950, in OKC. She graduated from Crooked Oak High School in 1968. She is survived by her children, Paul "Gene" & wife Brooke, Jarrod & wife Tonya, and Tamara & husband Steve Fox. She was the loving Grammy to Austin, Aspen, Ezra, Sophia, Cory, Caleb, Dylan, Kayla, and Lane; as well as great-grandmother to Korbin. She is survived by sisters, Gwen Parks and Jeanne Mitchell. She was preceded in death by her sister, Carolyn Jennings. As per Marilyn's wishes, her life will be celebrated family reunion style.
