Christine H. Fredericks BETHLEHEM Christine H. Fredericks, 68, of Bethlehem, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Feb. 4, 2019, in her home. Born on March 21, 1950, in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of Frances M. Buss of Nazareth, PA, and stepdaughter to the late Earl R. Buss Jr. A 1968 graduate from Nazareth High School, Christine worked as a practical nurse for various hospitals in the Lehigh Valley. She enjoyed traveling overseas with her grandmother, family trips to the beach, drawing portraits, and watching old movies on TCM. She loved her cat, Smoky. She will be lovingly remembered for her unfiltered observations at holiday dinners, and for her uncanny recall of childhood memories. Her family and her faith gave her comfort. In addition to her mother, she will be deeply missed by sisters, Regina Kunsman of Bethlehem; Lori Huth and husband, Dennis of Bushkill Twp., PA; nieces, nephews, and a great-nephew. She was predeceased by her maternal grandmother, Ann Sabol. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 16, at 2 p.m. in the Joseph F. Reichel Funeral Home Inc., of Nazareth.
