BURLINGTON - Service for Mr. James Carlton Stephens, 83 of 11365 NC Hwy. 119 S., will be held on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at 2pm at Beulah Missionary Baptist Church. The family will greet friends thirty minutes prior to the services and at all other times they will be at the home. The public viewing will be held on Saturday at the funeral home from 2-9pm. Interment will be held in the Church Cemetery following the services. James Carlton was the husband of Fannie Ann Lea Stephens and the son of the Collie F. Stephens and Bessie Whitfield Stephens, both deceased. Survivors include his wife Fannie Ann Stephens; four children: Sherman Keith Stephens, Rex Randolph Stephens, Randy Stephens and Tiwana Armwood (Adrian); 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and a sister: Mary S.
