Delores A. Campos
Delores A. Campos Indio - Delores Araiza Espinoza Campos, of Indio, CA, passed peacefully in the late hours of 1/13/19 surrounded by her family. Delores was born in Thermal, CA on 8/6/30 to Jose and Natalia (Nava) Araiza. She was the 2nd born of 13 children. Lola, as she was lovingly known, loved people welcomed both family and friends into her home and treated all as if they were her own. Those that had the opportunity to sit and talk with her quickly found an everlasting friendship. Lola is survived by her 4 children; Betty (Jose) Calderon of Indio, CA, Olivia Espinoza of Fresno, CA, Theresa Espinoza of Indio, CA; Daniel (Boy) Espinoza of Fresno, CA. 15 Grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters Margaret (Art) Valenzuela of Thermal, CA, Rosemary Araiza of Indio, CA, Lily Duran of Palm Desert, CA and Sally (Noe) Pena of La Quinta, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Daniel Espinoza, granddaughter Veronica Calderon and siblings Jennie, Frankie, Tony, Mary, Ray, Johnny, Helen and Ralph. The family would like to extend a huge thank you to Family Hospice nurses and to Theresa Espinoza and Melissa Calderon for assisting in her final days. Lola said "Don't mourn my passing; CELEBRATE the fact that I LIVED." Services will be held on 2/22/19 at 11am @ Coachella Valley Cemetery immediately followed by Celebration of Life @ Eagles Lodge 46425 Tyler St Coachella, Ca 92236.
