Jerry Thomas Parker
Jerry Thomas Parker, 79, of Panama City, FL passed away Monday, February 4, 2019. Jerry was born in Maysville, KY on June 25, 1939. Jerry was raised within and attended Fleming County High School in Flemingsburg, KY. After graduation, he moved to Dayton, OH, attending the University of Dayton where he met and married his lovely wife, Kay Norris. They were happily married for 46 years. Kay passed away in December of 2005. They were blessed with two sons, Edward LaRue and Aaron Michael, and were raised with Baptist faith. Edward passed away in an automobile accident in 1983, and Aaron currently resides locally in the Bayou George area. Also survived by four grandchildren, Angelea, Melissa, Jessica and Alex; three great-grandchildren, Tristan, Adelyn and Roselee. Jerry was employed for 32 years with Custom Floors of Panama City. Both Jerry and Kay retired in 2003. They happily started traveling the U.S. enjoying antiquing. Per Jerry's request no visitation or service will be held. "W4STK is a silent key."
