In memory of
KAREN LEHNER Karen P. Lehner, of Henderson, passed away January 6, 2019, after a battle with multiple myeloma. She was born April 10, 1943 in Litchfield, MN, to Lillian and Nealand Pengra. Karen graduated in 1961 from Sandia High School in Albuquerque and attended San Bernardino Valley College in California. Karen relocated to Boulder City, Nevada in 1978 and worked at the Boulder Dam Hotel and Ennis Business Forms. She was also a dance instructor at Dance Etc. Karen moved to Henderson in 1990 and worked at Bank of America and Nevada State Bank. She retired in 2008. She is survived by her brother, Craig Pengra, of Highland, CA; daughter, Catalina Lehner, of Albuquerque; daughter, Kristin (Brent) Wilson; daughter, Karie Lehner; and two grandchildren, Samuel and Chelsea. Karen brought smiles to all who knew her. She loved her kids, grandkids, music, dancing and kitties. May she now rest in peace. Instead of services, a celebration of her life will be held. In lieu of flowers, consider a donation in her memory to June's Senior Cat Rescue of Albuquerque or an animal rescue organization of your choice.
