It is with great sadness that the family of Cynthia Ann Chumbley announces her passing on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018 at the age of 63. Cindy was a native of Princeton, Indiana and graduated from Purdue University. After 31 years of service at AT&T, she retired with her husband to Panama City Beach, Florida a place they loved to vacation. She was devoted wife, mother, mamaw, sister, and friend. She treasured her family and friends and embraced every moment with them. She was loved dearly by all and her compassion, tenacity, wit, and undying love for all, will be missed. Cindy will be lovingly remembered by her husband and best friend, Mike, and their children, Michaeline (Joel) Miller, Mike (Tina), and Matthew (Johni). Cindy will also be forever cherished by her grandchildren, Morgan, Mikayla, Andrew, Braden, Riley, Taylor, McKenna, and Tannar and by her sisters, Deborah Whittaker, Paula Galloway, and Margaret (Rick) Jones. She will also be fondly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Paul and Audrey Schultz. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
